Cancellation policy: 48-business hour cancellation or rescheduling notice by telephone or text for follow-up visits or the full cost of the appointment is charged. (Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by the previous Thursday.) First office calls require a 72-business hour cancellation or rescheduling notice by telephone or text or the full cost of the appointment is due. (Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by the previous Wednesday.)
Insurance:
I am happy to issue an itemized receipt (superbill) for each visit that can be submitted for reimbursement since many insurance companies cover out-of-network providers. Flex plans also cover acupuncture and massage, and they are a great way to reduce your out-of-pocket cost.
